      Compensates an exceptional amount for experience and title without push back considering they moved towards contracting with Sponsors so there is fair compensation. Support from both ICON and the Sponsor which allows for work-life balance.

      Cons

      Can be a balancing act when addressing dual work tasks with ICON and your assigned Sponsor.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
