      Pros

      Headquarters outside of US (Dublin, Ireland); flexible and open minded executives, good salaries. No matter which country you come from, you have a chance to take on high position within the company.

      Cons

      Nothing unusual, typical cons of global corporations focused on gaining more and more business and income. Company cars could be better, especially for director level employees.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
