Pros
The coworkers and management were among some of the best that I have worked with as a laboratory technician. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and great people to turn to for advice, help, or questions. Overall, the lab itself was a pretty pleasant experience.
Cons
I felt like there was too little communication and interaction with the CRA's running the studies. It felt like they didn't understand what the lab was capable of which often left us looking for solutions we didn't have. It felt like the lab was a completely separate entity from the entire rest of the organization and I feel that resulted in issues that could have otherwise been avoided.
