Pay is terrible for the amount of work you have to do. Management really needs to do an evaluation on themselves…the “clique” type of attitude around them is rude. Some managers refuse to learn the new programs and systems implemented that employees use on a daily basis and will rely on other employees to do their work for them. At the same time they’ll preach how employees should use it with little to no knowledge of it. They’ll also ask employees to do their tasks for them as if the employees aren’t stressed out enough. People are burnt out and crying in the work area because of the work load. There is so much miscommunication from project leaders that adds on hours of more work to the lab personnel.
