Pros

They have plenty of different roles if you are interested in moving/changing positions. The true clinical part of the CRO side could be better than the IT side of things.

Cons

Acquisition of PRAHS has been a disaster with no management owning any of the major issues. I've been through 6 acquisitions and this one is the worst by a mile. Onboarding now literally takes months for someone to have access to core applications (not including laptops to these people). Every migration has been rushed/forced by a date/deadline and has had major hiccups in the best case. While everybody is aware of the issues management doesn't address or even acknowledge it. They are so cheap they only hire off-shore resources for some core roles. While a global company, they do not understand technology.. Nobody shows ownership and since they use so many contractors there is no fix in sight. The least technology savvy company I've ever worked, The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing for major decisions and workflows

Pros

Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

Cons

Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

Pros

Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

Cons

Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
