      I think if you want your foot in the door in clinical research; it is a good place.

      Cons

      Started hiring no experience clinical scientists which made my job more tedious than it should have been. No growth prospect . Managers - this is honestly up to luck. Because I did have a great manager but then followed by a bad one.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
