Basically if you are Irish you will get top spots. Amazing that a Global company takes its leaders from a country the size of Connecticut. Let's face it, Ireland doesn't really have a Pharma industry. Net result, bad and untalented leadership team. Look at the Irish guy they just put in charge of Business Development - he is an accountant, can't make it up, but he is Irish so there you go.
