Pros
I’d say the people working the floor and the lab, are super nice, fun and really work hard.
Cons
- Poor wages, way below competitors - Extremely high stress environment - Terrible work schedule w/ unrealistic expectations - Disrespectful and useless HR - They allow harassment, bullying and conspire to get people fired unjustly. - Allot like high school with all the gossip and drama every day, very childish and entitled. - if your not Mormon, family or went to school with someone that works there you can forget moving up in the company. They only promote their own, regardless what you offer and do for the company. - if you think your gonna make anything better or change you will quickly become a target and either get fired or forced out. Good luck! This place is horrible, I’d highly recommend you work at McDonald’s vs this place.
