Cons
- Promotions are at a crawling pace. It is a revolving door here. - Top down hierarchy mentality. The longer you have been there the more work you get to dish out. This may be due to lack of resourcing and managers getting flooded with work. - Non innovative people. They do the bare minimum and try to speak up during meetings to receive a popularity award. - Unwillingness to change and improve/streamline processes. The way things have been done are the way things are going to be.
