      Work / life balance - European hours 37.5 is full time Remote based work - perfect for those who want to stay out of offices

      Cons

      Outdated systems Outdated processes and lack of strategic mindset - constant shifting of work and not truly evaluating the gaps that need to be filled Rude VPs who infect the teams and create hostile environments, when brought to leadership attention, comments were made that "is just how they are"

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
