Pros
Market salaries, creation of career opportunities, global reach all that made DOCS a great company to work for. Since the merger with ICON Plc the autonomy of DOCS is limited and management style and atmosphere changed not to the better. Still as a recruitment consultant you can earn good bonus and a good base salary, stress level and pressure is below market standard.
Cons
Bureaucratic structures and centralized decision making make it harder to have impact in the organizational development. Growth is present still career opportunities are rare as most managerial positions are filled with external hires not with development of internal people. Work atmosphere got worse and staff turnover higher.
