Building has a full exercise room with modern weights and cardio machines Ability to work remotely one day a week Attentive IT staff that is readily available for hardware and software issues Managers do not micromanage ( provided you don't need to be micromanaged) Work ethic and dedication to company is recognized Company appears to lack complacency as simply being labeled top ten CRO and strives for success within the industry
Cons
Jobs within the company might only be open to internal applicants for a matter of a few days. With such a small window, unless you are free and ready to apply on those specific days, you can easily miss what would otherwise be a great opportunity to advance within the company.
