Pros
The only pro is the colleagues that are there but most will not be there long because of how completely imbalanced and unfair the management is there. Unethical practices happen to great employees and everyone is replaceable and no one is valued. You excel not based on work but based on what you are willing to do for management or how much you are willing to kiss up.
Cons
Everything with management is completely unethical. Managers target and threaten employees based on personal feelings behind closed doors and have been reported and put on warning are somehow still there. HR is there to protect the management and not the employees. Manager makes racist, inappropriate remarks and gives out personal information about employees to their peers during 1:1's. Completely erratic behavior and has been caught lying about situations and feedback yet nothing is done by HR.
