Good Benefits Very good work-life balance (work from home available, Social club, flexible hours) Good Salary (although I'm not sure new employees are being offered what used to be offered) Great building, canteen

Purse strings have tightened a bit and budgets are not always available for projects Sometimes it feels "All about the money".
