Legacy PRA was better. Most of the former PRA CRAs and CTMs are top notch but too many inexperienced people being added creates chaos and inefficiency. Some systems such as expense reporting and “updated” CTMS are archaic-the previous ones were much better. Everyone was on pins and needles since layoffs were happening what seemed like every week. Now they are trying to hire people back because they realized it was overkill. New management seems like they care so hopefully morale will go back up.
