Discriminatory and Toxic environment with unfair treatment and poor management - Raheja Mindspace ICICI Securities Employee Review

I was asked to resign and was being forced to accept a sales related desk job in Karnataka in a remote location. The role I was performing was general office work but just because there is a mandate as I was informed by my boss I was put up as a non perfomer. There was no written or formal feedback ever provided during the course of my tenure and randomly I was marked as non performer. There are people from out side of Mumbai who are hired for simple desk jobs and made sr managers, chief managers doing nothing taking fake sick leaves. Women are treated badly and unfairly, cheap comments are passed by VP's and when escalted, HR's have covered it saying it was a misunderstanding. Location mindspace.
