There is lot of opportunity to understand and work. This firm will give you vision to manage your self in pressures time and it will give you new situation every day. You will learn lot of things on the go. Communications and negotiations are key strengths in any job but here you will hone these skills.

Knowledge wise it was a good experience to work with ICICI Securities.

Cons

Actually it’s not a problem with the company but for the whole industry. In this industry life insurance is the main product. According to sell that people of the industry use many unethical way. I personally don’t like this.
