Great people to meet, good team relationship in the early period of stay at IBA. Get to travel lots of places to meet lots of people. Good place for if you are starting your career get a project in your career.
Cons
As so many have said before me, do not hire engineers to do technician job. No growth in term of knowledge or career or pay. They have a predefned structure for evaluation and salary. So no matter what you do, you will not get what you deserve. Your education, professional experience does not matter here. You are hired to stay just 2 years and that is it. Thinking of it as a government job, if you want to just sit and enjoy you will love it here. But, if you want to grow then keep moving do not stay here. This is a warning: IBA idea for its engineers is to make them do the project then leave them on site as an operator or titled engineer working as an operator. They do not care about return on experience and they do not care for your experience either outside or inside. Most good employees leave after a short term at IBA what leftover is non-ambitious batch. If you want to grow you want to be with fast-paced.
