      Friendly work environment but benefit doing sucks

      1. People are nice in company and willing to share and teach 2. You can learn the technology and see how to works

      Cons

      1. Management/HR team doesn't know what/How to help with employee 2. Company doesn't group up as expected, and benefit sucks 3. The salary adjustment was base on survey result by 3rd party there's no reality on that result

      No growth after a 4 years degree.

      Pros

      Great technologies, Save life. Overall, European company normally does not treat the US employee as the same.

      Cons

      Poor management, Shift can be changed with prior planning. Service Engineers must take a many difference hats. Identify your potential before apply this type of job after graduated. Seems that you don't learn anything after you took your advance operator. However if you know the full knowledge of the Proton B1 or B1+, then you are not using outside of IBA to enhance your career.
