Working at IA Interior Architects was a nightmare I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. My manager made it their personal mission to belittle and bully me, while the studio leads turned a blind eye, choosing to protect them over supporting me. HR was utterly useless, offering no solace or support in the face of relentless mistreatment. The culture of the office was downright toxic – instead of fostering camaraderie, people walked past without so much as a hello. Colleagues were quick to throw you under the bus to further their own success, with zero regard for teamwork or collaboration. Mentorship and assistance were virtually nonexistent. It felt like survival of the fittest, with no guidance or support for those struggling to navigate the hostile environment. I cannot stress enough how much of a nightmare this workplace was. It's no surprise that a significant number of people have quit recently due to these pervasive issues. Save yourself the anguish and steer clear of IA at all costs.
