Cons
Co-CEOs continue to exhibit lack of ability to make difficult decisions. Move underperforming leaders from one position to another and it takes months (years!) to get rid of them. In the meantime, allowing these underperforming individuals to stay at the firm (even if they are nice people but not good in their role) is demoralizing for staff and sends the wrong message.
