Pros

Huntress is a rare, once-in-a-career kind of ride. We have a crystal-clear North Star, a rock-solid foundation, and consistent growth that actually feels sustainable. We’re working alongside some of the most formidable talent in the industry, yet there’s a genuine culture of BElonging and a level of transparency that is frankly unheard of. Every teammate here has a real opportunity to put their personal stamp on the company’s legacy. When I interviewed, I assumed it was "too good to be true" and kept waiting for the catch. I’m still waiting. I know being on the People team makes this look like I’m cooking the books—I’m not. This is just my honest experience of a very special culture.

Cons

Hyper-growth is a reality here, and it isn’t for the faint of heart; things move fast and change often. We’re also still a work in progress when it comes to ensuring every single manager is world-class, though the commitment to getting there is real.
