      Great starting management job. Some great employees

      *insurance sucks *low pay. Wanted to start me at 42k GM was making 38500 as assistant. *no help from hr * expect you to work crazy hours. * must deal with toxic work environment.

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
