Pros

Money as a waitress is only good if you work the morning shift. If you suck up and gossip you will do fine here

Cons

management is a joke!!!! your scheduled will get changed without notice and you'll be required to make sure its covered, they gossip and talk about everyone behind their backs, they will work you til death when they need you and treat you "good" then, but as soon as they don't need you they cut your hours and treat you like you don't matter at all! FAVORITISM is how the schedule is made weekly, not by availabilities, or need as it should be."He" will put 8 waitress on a morning shift and give 1-2 tables per waitress except the one "he" likes more. I wouldnt recommend this job for NO ONE NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE FOR WORK!!! "HE worked work me for 19 hrs 1 day and when i went to back to look at my pay stub online my hours were changed. He has changed A LOT of peoples hours and tips to screw the waitresses, dishwashers, and cooks out of money! And you cant request days off, if you do he will give you the day you requested plus the day before and after to punish you. he allows certain waitresses to "hang out" during a shift in his personal office while the other waitresses have to pick up the slack out front.

The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

Cons

Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
