- Requires ability to problem solve independently and with high accountability - Requires ability to multitask well and pivot into other tasks (still within one's responsibility) as needed - Requires high empathy and patience when handling customer service tasks — definitely not for everyone - New processes can be implemented at any time. Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly; don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions and take notes.
