Used to be an awesome job but I had to leave because it got impossible to get paid on anything. It seems like our leadership on the partner side is asleep (and drunk?) behind the wheel. CAMs leaving like crazy, harder and harder to hit numbers with criminally stupid suggestions on how to do better at your job. Teach partners to find upgrades but then we don't get paid on them? Comp is confusing at best, purposely opaque at worst. If you're applying for this job do yourself a favor and reach out to 3 tenured CAMs on Linkedin to ask their opinion before accepting...
