First things first, I'm sorry you had that experience with a customer. I agree our customers and partners are by and large amazing, but I'm sorry you had a negative experience with one, particularly given that it was hurtful in nature. I am, however, delighted to hear that your colleagues were there to support you when you needed it, and that you know you have a deep bench of people (myself included) here to help you and support you through your career growth.
