Hook really is a great place to work! The culture is awesome — the perfect balance between friendly and professional. Overall people are excited to come and get stuff done while having fun even when busy. Hook has also given me a lot of opportunity to grow into new roles and new skills, they're really wanting to invest in their people, which is great.

As with any growing business, workload can really be variable. During our busy months it can feel like it's a lot, but never do I feel "expected" to work an unreasonable amount.

During my time at Hook, I've enjoyed working with fellow young professionals who are likeminded and ready to work. Hook is really good at finding new ways to grow whether it be finding new products to offer clients, or find new ways to improve processes within all departments. They also give you room as an employee to find what works best and give you a voice at your position.

The office space is a bit old and it can be hard to find time to take PTO with the large work load.
