6yWe appreciate your feedback. We agree that our employees are critical in making our mission possible. We have prided ourselves on creating paths for growth and opportunities for employees to move into leadership roles, but also recognize that we can provide more support and coaching to help new managers be successful. This is an area of focus for us in 2020. We also work really hard at transparency through encouraging conversations with managers, HR, mentors, and/or senior execs, frequent town halls, an anonymous feedback tool, and periodic leadership meetings.
