Pros
Company has good rep. Company came highly recommended, and looked like it had it together. We do a lot of good stuff. Building services that people depend on is really fulfilling.
Cons
Joined while company was in transition. Mission is great, but a lot of the people I was excited to work with left in the past few months. Within the executive team some questionable choices were made on the leadership end that are difficult to justify. New leadership starts affecting product negatively, and our culture makes it hard to bring up these issues without stepping on toes. Why the sudden change? It seems like long term success was sacrificed for short term gain.
