7yHonor is able to delivery such a high quality service because of the dedication and mission orientation of its employees. A quality we specifically hire for is empathy and compassion, as those are traits critical to helping our clients and Care Pros.
It's disappointing to hear that you've had a negative experience with the company and the team. We've been working really hard to make work structure improvements and have implemented more extensive manager training, a formal performance review process, and more feedback channels for folks to speak their minds.
Most folks we've talked to have not had similar experiences so I really encourage you to use the internal feedback tools or talk to any leader in the company (doesn't have to be your own team) to express how we can further improve!
