Politics and favouritism every where. Bosses just dont care what the staff doing, they are like MYOB as long you does and finish your things. Credit bosses take and the staff are their stepping stones, basically staffs clear rubbish for them. Dont think of getting promoted unless you know how to sweet talk. Salary is so under paid. Workload high, paid out low No teamwork and selfish, staffs here are like blinds and plays TaiJi very well. HR also another plays Taiji very well too. HR should be the 1 helping staff and be their listen ear but they are like left ear go in right ear goes out. Not helping at all.
