I applied for the part time job, the interview process went smooth. Met with the manager and answered some questions then filled up forms. Afterwards I went for training to learn about the basic duties (which is also paid.)

Will give you a qns paper and ask you write an short essay. and after that HR will bring you to a meeting room for interview with management and hiring manager. If I not wrong they have few round of interviews
