Upper management and executive is composed of mostly unqualified overpaid individuals that lie, bully and whisper toxic messages into the CEO's ear.
Qualified individuals are hired on and leave within months due to the toxic environment harnessed by certain Product Development teams and encouraged by their management. There is no structure, the defined and established processes are NOT ever followed and there is ZERO accountability by the project teams. There are some serious nonconforming regulatory activities that are not given the importance they require.
The lack of resources across key product development teams is astonishing. Overworked, underpaid resources that do not get the recognition they deserve makes for a very depressing work environment. No real opportunity to move up in the company and little to no professional growth, long time employee are unwilling to put in the effort to challenge themselves, learn new things and improve their skills.
No real engineering talent, excessive resources and efforts in marketing and e-comm which leads to very low quality products in very nice packaging.
