With the merger about a year ago with Seccuris (and subsequent acquisition by Hitachi), many changes have been made (or useful, important things put off) in the name of "harmonization". Performance and salary reviews put off for an extra year, to harmonize renumeration. Harmonization just became "consolidation" on June 27 2016, when the Winnipeg office was suddenly closed. This would be the same office that senior management swore was "not going anywhere", or maybe just moved. Those making the decision to close the Winnipeg office were not present for the shutdown. At least some employees leaving recently have moved on to significantly higher pay as well.
