They do not care about a work life personal balance. They are not accommodating with hours. Learned a lot in food and beverage, they only schedule if convention center is hosting convention. Some weeks only two shifts. Stressed multiple times I only want AM shifts as I got another job. They said your "fully available", I can't wait by my phone for a week for a shift pick up, really un reasonable.
