      Worldwide company large company, always opportunities for advancement, relocation and good benefits. The pay is decent considering the savings on commuting to and from the rural area to the city.

      Cons

      There are no cons at this point. The experience had been quite well. Hoping to be with the company for years to come in a much higher and lucrative position.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
