Pros
With BAS (build a schedule) it is very flexible, The people who work for HRCC are awesome!
Cons
I wish we got paid more and that they cared more about us taking care of the customers (which will in-turn come back to Hilton hotels to make us all more money in the long run.. However, they are pushing more and more about up-selling, cross selling, spend more, spend more, spend more!.. I understand we need to get them to spend however, if we push people to much they are going to run from Hilton then where are we going to be!
