Pros
One of the bright spots for working with Hilton is the training and transparency about the computer systems, sales, and how Hilton functions day to day. OnQ University is a great place to take online courses and pick up skills that might not be a part of your normal job function.
Cons
Locally, Hilton has not really taken an interest in how the franchise is run. If they took a really good look, their hotel would be in better shape and our team would be happier. We cut so many corners, our hotel should be built in a circle.
