As in many other places: your experience may change tremendously according to your hotel's leaders and there might not be a good experience depending on this fact, since not everywhere they walk the talk.

Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I
even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost
2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
