      Pros

      Used to have a decent on-boarding process and treat employees well. Nice office space.

      Cons

      Not at all concerned about investing in employees success. Sales managers only have so much experience and are limited to how much they can "coach" on. AE's and ADR's fighting for the same prize and not at all aligned. Pretty much a giant game of luck.

      Pros

      Great Seattle office location by the water. That's all.

      Cons

      Terrible executive and senior leadership with no clear direction. Toxic culture of nepotism and favoritism, and just all around political games, using folks as political pawns / throwing them under the bus. It's very clear why they have not made Best Place To Work in years now. Do not come to HS. Look elsewhere.
