Pros
The Company culture is open and high performing. Feedback is given freely at all levels and employees feels safe being authentic at work. There is a real learning culture and no hierarchal limits to what you can be involved in. The digital environment is top class with technologies available and employees actively encouraged to use these technologies in their day to day jobs. The Company takes sustainability and community involvement seriously and works to actively promote both. Employee resource groups are available to provide for networking and career development.
Cons
One of my German colleagues said that Henkel likes to hear all voices in the debate before making a decision and sometimes that can slow down the process. This can be true. Also, some processes are not as entrepreneurial as they could be.
