      They value their employee's feedback too. Work-life balance, provide good benefits and compensations, provide career growth and career path.

      Cons

      They value upskilling, although this is good for career improvement, sometimes it would really require an extra effort on top of workload. But this is only a con if your work requires more time.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
