      Pros

      Very competitive pay. Good benefits. Positive culture. Competent coworkers. Understanding leadership.

      Cons

      Need to be a strong self-advocate/self-starter. Can lack diversity depending on the office. Interns are not guaranteed a placement even if they're good. You need to be considered great to compete in this very lean workplace. Not sure if my local leadership truly believes in the DEI/Sustainability initiatives set by global.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
