      technology driven culture, well trained people, social but getting worse, innovation minded, progress driven

      Cons

      Salary levels is so so, benefits same, HR is awfull , car policy is poor, stock driven which ruins the former family owned culture, rigid German procedures

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
