      Pros

      It's a pleasure to work in a company that considers the employees as main priority. As an HR person, I can see the big effort and the clear strategy to develop and care our people. This is fantastic.

      Cons

      Talking about processes, sometimes I feel like my projects do not go forward quickly because of the bureaucracy and so many approvals and alignments that we have to do.

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
