Pros
You get to work on iconic brands and with some very intelligent people. With a big global company, you have the opportunity to work abroad.
Cons
Unfortunately, much of the strategy is centrally-derived from Dusseldorf. Even if you're working on a U.S. brand like Dial, you still have most of the decisions coming from overseas. Career advancement is based more on timing than on skilled work.
