Matching 401K and decent benefits

Cons

Management: Forced rating system, need to be in "good" with manager to get good rating. If numbers are not met, staff reductions and packages are giving out as position are eliminated. HR: clueless, they work for the company NOT the employee.

Pros

The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

Cons

Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
