Pros
Very generous company with flexible working hours, able to work from home when for unforseen reasons can't get to work. Free carpark for all employees. Generous pension and free miel at work. Comparing with other companies I have worked atmosphere is very relaxing though very quiet everywhere- no music or radio. Staff are very friendly so sometimes it might make you feel puzzled why everyone is so nice- I think it's because you get good work life balance. In my role I have set workload to complete. I do sometimes feel under pressure but most of time you can prioritise your work to make sure that everything is done on time. Colleagues are great, no issue at all. Of course you get some that are a bit over the top extravert when workload increase, but otherwise I enjoy working here. No union but HR department is very helpful and you get good support at the start and after. Very prompt response on any question you have. A lot of opportunities to grow. And different areas you can work in as well as different coutries.
Cons
Manager not based in UK, sometimes you might feel that your efforts at work are not noticed. Salary a bit below market average.
