Pros
Met some great like-minded people
Cons
Helloprint truly is like no other company I have worked at before (and I have worked in many different places). From the outside it looks great but don't be fooled by their "great culture" propoganda. It is anything but. Micromanaging and distrust is their culture. They completely lack any trust for their employees, even those who have worked there for years and are top performers. They pay is extremely bad, hardly legal. They even try to get their employees to work for free on Sundays and after hours and if they don't go, they lose the opportunity of whatever promotion for not contributing to the "company culture." Mind you a promotion in Helloprint means about €50 extra a month but of course every penny counts on such a terrible wage. The team leaders and management are a cult and the only way to get there is by sucking up, rather than for the skills or experience you have. Mind you, there are a lot of great and hard working people in Helloprint so it's a shame they are taken advantage of such much. The majority are young foreigners who come to Spain for the lifestyle, rather than their career or wage so unfortunately they just accept what the company demands of them.
